Job Summary:
B&A is looking for a Front Desk / Receptionist to join our HQ team in Huntsville, AL. The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges as required.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and record maintenance.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment when needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics as assigned.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
