We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. The successful applicant will handle administrative tasks, support office functions, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and patients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using computer literacy skills
  • Handle correspondence via email and phone with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with office management tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and supporting clerical duties
