Job description

The Imperial Condominiums, located at 3601 Clarks Lane, Baltimore MD 21215, is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team!
The Receptionist is the unofficial "representative" of the organization at the front desk and on the telephone. Reporting to the Sr. Community Association Manager, he or she will attend to the main telephone, handle all incoming calls in a pleasant manner, and greet all visitors or residents who come to the desk.
Shifts are scheduled 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with rotating days (Monday-Saturday). Rate of pay is $15.00 per hour (non-negotiable).
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for
  • Greeting visitors and residents
  • Receiving incoming mail/packages/deliveries,
  • Answering phones and distributing messages as needed
Job Requirements:
