We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Desk Manager / Front Office Manager to lead front office operations at our Westfield location.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, patient communication, scheduling, payments, and overall office organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident, professional, and thrives in a structured, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front desk operations and patient experience
  • Manage scheduling, check-ins, phone communication, and patient flow
  • Ensure accurate payment collection and daily closing procedures
  • Maintain office organization, inventory, and operational systems
  • Support team accountability and uphold professionalism standards
  • Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Partner with ownership and leadership to support clinic operations
  • Help create a welcoming, positive, and professional environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership or management experience required
  • Experience in a medical spa, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or office management setting strongly preferred
  • Retail leadership or retail management experience highly preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to lead with confidence, professionalism, and accountability
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
