Job description

What You Will Be Doing:
โ€ข Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room key and gives directions.
โ€ข Sorts incoming mail and faxes for guests.
โ€ข Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
โ€ข Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
โ€ข Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
โ€ข Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations.
The Ideal Candidate:
โ€ข Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred
โ€ข Experience in a customer service industry is required
