What You Will Be Doing:
โข Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room key and gives directions.
โข Sorts incoming mail and faxes for guests.
โข Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
โข Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
โข Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
โข Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations.
The Ideal Candidate:
โข Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred
โข Experience in a customer service industry is required
Requirements
- Exceptionally friendly, outgoing demeanor with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous front desk, office management, or healthcare administration experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and billing software is a plus.
- Weekend availability must be open to rotated
