Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

About the Employer-
A multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a skilled and proactive Assistant Front Desk Manager to oversee front desk and call center operations across multiple clinic locations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient daily workflows, supporting staff performance, and maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
Essential Job Duties-
    • Supervise front desk and call center staff across all clinic locations
    • Implement performance improvement plans and manage corrective actions
    • Create and oversee staff scheduling
    • Provide training and ongoing coaching for new and existing team members
    • Monitor phone systems and coordinate with IT to ensure functionality
    • Oversee daily front office operations and manage call queues for efficiency
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and external vendors
    • Coordinate with building management and assist with minor facility needs
    • Handle patient concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
    • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
    • Develop, implement, and enforce front office policies and procedures
    • Manage credentialing processes and maintain office supply inventory

Requirements-
