Front Desk Receptionist - Landscaping Company
Pay: $22/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Are you a bilingual (English/Spanish) people-person who can juggle front desk duties while staying cool under pressure? We're looking for a proactive go-getter who's organized, friendly, and ready to support a fast-paced office-especially our accounting manager, Amy (she's sharp, not super chatty, and appreciates someone who just gets the job done). What You'll Do:
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage scheduling, data entry, and general administrative support
  • Communicate with crews, vendors, and customers clearly and efficiently
  • Assist the Accounting Manager with projects and office tasks as needed
  • Keep the office organized by managing emails, paperwork, and supplies
  • Ensure the front desk runs smoothly while maintaining a positive attitude
