Front Desk Agent


We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Hotel Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our guests, contributing to their overall satisfaction and the reputation of our luxury boutique resort. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously

- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-maintained

- Process payments and handle  credit, or debit transactions securely

- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times

- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security


Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus

- Proven experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
