Join Our Team as a Front Desk Associate at Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo!
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo in Fargo, ND. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Shifts are 3pm-11pm and we're looking for individuals who are available for the following times:
  • Weekends required
As a Front Desk Associate, your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Answering phone calls and providing information to guests
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Assisting with guest requests and coordinating with other hotel departments
Shifts are 3pm-11pm, providing you with a great work-life balance and the opportunity to interact with guests during key hours of their stay.
