We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Associate/Treatment Coordinator to join our Waukesha team. This position is a critical component of our office's smooth daily operations and patient experience, involving front desk responsibilities and patient care coordination. Welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits; assist with billing, claims, and payment processing.
Maintain and update accurate patient records and data in Dentrix Ascend or other practice management software.
Coordinate treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients to facilitate understanding and acceptance of proposed care.
Collaborate closely with dental and medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and office operations.
Prepare and manage administrative documentation, including filing and data entry.
Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
Assist with insurance authorizations and treatment plan presentations to patients.

Salary Range

Part-time $34,000 - $43,000 per year
