Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent service both in person and over the phone while ensuring efficient office operations.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer incoming calls and manage patient inquiries
  • Schedule, update, and maintain appointments
  • Collect co-pays and verify/update patient demographic and insurance information
  • Support referral coordination, including scheduling and tracking
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist with daily office operations, including opening/closing and end-of-day balancing

Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and office equipment proficiency
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)

Experience:
  • Prior experience in a medical office, front desk, or customer service role preferred
