Our Parts team plays a key role in keeping our customers and service departments running smoothly.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Front Counter Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our parts counter. This position oversees customer-facing parts sales, supports inventory accuracy, and provides leadership and coaching to Parts Consultants. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and experienced in parts operations with a strong ability to drive sales and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily front counter operations to ensure efficient, professional customer service
  • Lead and support Parts Consultants during customer interactions
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer questions and issue resolution
  • Ensure timely and accurate ordering of parts to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to address backorders or discontinued items
  • Coach team members on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and service best practices
  • Monitor sales activity, track performance metrics, and support achievement of sales goals
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Ensure consistent application of pricing, policies, and company procedures
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration with service, warehouse, and sales departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient counter and work area
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in parts counter operations, inventory support, or retail supervision preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of parts inventory systems and ordering processes
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Regular standing, walking, and customer interaction throughout the workday
  • Occasional lifting of parts and supplies up to 50 lbs (team lift or equipment as needed)
  • Work performed at the parts counter and in a warehouse setting
