Front Office Administrative Assistant

25-30 hours a week

We are a growing real estate management and construction company looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities for long-term career growth. If you enjoy working with people, like staying organized, and are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you. You'll gain hands-on experience in property management, real estate, construction, leasing, and business operations while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Greet clients, tenants, vendors, and visitors with excellent customer service.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support management with a variety of office projects and responsibilities.
  • Manage and update company social media pages, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Assist with marketing available properties by creating and maintaining listings on Zillow and other real estate platforms.
  • Respond to online inquiries and social media messages.
  • Help create marketing content that promotes our company, properties, and construction projects.
  • Keep the office organized and running efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Zillow, and other online marketing platforms is a plus.
