Job description

Dental Village, led by Dr. Saliha Awais, is a new, patient-focused dental practice focused on providing high-quality care in a welcoming and personalized environment. As a growing startup practice, the team is looking for a versatile Dental Assistant/Front Office team member who is excited to be part of building the practice from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable supporting both clinical and front office responsibilities, including assisting the doctor, preparing and sterilizing operatories, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, personable, and eager to grow with the practice.

Schedule for the Dental Assistant/Front Office Associate:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Assistant/Front Office Associate:

  • Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience preferred.

  • Support both front office and clinical operations as the practice grows.

  • Assist with patient scheduling, confirmations, check-in/check-out, and overall patient flow.

  • Assist with insurance verification, billing, payments, and claims as needed.

  • Provide chairside assistance, operatory setup, sterilization, and other clinical duties as needed.
