Front Office/Check-Out Assistant

Join an established dental practice where hard work is valued, growth is encouraged, and every team member plays an important role in the patient experience. Element Dental & Orthodontics is looking for a full-time Front Office/Check-Out Assistant to join our team. We are proud to serve the Bryan community with comprehensive dental care, modern technology, and a supportive team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, staying organized, multitasking, and being part of a positive, fast-moving dental office. Our front office team plays an important role in creating a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out and future scheduling.

At our private dental office, every team member matters. We value teamwork, patient care, clear communication, and a supportive work environment where people can grow, contribute, and feel appreciated.

Full-time position

  • Monday through Friday
  • Saturdays on a rotating basis based on practice needs

Support insurance verification and benefit coordination

Communicate clearly with Doctors, Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and the Office Manager

Previous Dental Front Office experience is preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish required

Experience with check-out, scheduling, and patient payments preferred

Knowledge of Dental procedures, terminology, and insurance preferred

Treatment coordination experience strongly preferred

Dentrix experience preferred

Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a busy dental office
