Role Description The Customer Service Ambassador is a Full-time, hybrid role based in Bolingbrook, IL, with the ability to perform some duties from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing accurate information about products and services, and resolving basic issues or escalating complex concerns as needed. Qualifications
