Shared Living Contractor

Overview: Our Shared Living program in Kansas offers a nationally recognized model of habilitation and residential services for program participants with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/D). In our program, one to two participants share a home with a family or an individual adult's family, referred to as the contractor. The Contractor lives with the participant, providing personalized support following the participant’s person-centered support plan.

Compensation & Benefits:

$16,000 to $60,000 per year based on the level of care.

This is an Independent Contractor opportunity. The Internal Revenue Service defines an independent Contractor as:

● Must reside in a home that meets state and agency safety requirements.
