Entry-Level & Experienced Truck Driver Recruiter
Independent Contractor (Remote)
Typical Weekly Earnings: $800-$1,500+ (performance-based)

Independent contractor opportunity for individuals interested in recruiting and placing CDL drivers with motor carriers. This role is fully remote and production-based. Recruiters manage their own workflow and are compensated per successful placement.

Responsibilities

Source and communicate with CDL driver applicants
Conduct screening and qualification
Submit drivers to carriers
Maintain follow-ups and placement records
Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-directed and dependable work style
Consistent daily outreach and follow-up
Prior recruiting or driver recruiting experience preferred
Entry-level applicants considered based on reliability and work ethic

Compensation

1099 independent contractor
Commission-based structure
Typical weekly earnings: $800-$1,500+
Higher production may exceed this range

This position is best suited for individuals comfortable working independently in a results-focused environment.
