Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Wayne, IN and reports directly to the Senior Project Manager. This position oversees telecommunications projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, monitoring progress in the field, reviewing installations for compliance with specifications, and ensuring adherence to safety and industry standards. The Project Manager will also handle procurement and expediting of materials, manage logistics related to equipment and site readiness, and communicate regularly with field, clients, and office staff to provide updates and address issues. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear documentation, and collaborative leadership to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.


Qualifications
