Success comes from staying organized, following up consistently, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through the sale.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance options.
  • Following up on inbound leads while proactively generating new business opportunities.
  • Preparing personalized insurance quotes and explaining coverage in a simple, confident manner.
  • Building lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular communication.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation within our CRM and quoting systems.
  • Staying current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and licensing requirements.
