Job Description

The Industrial Sewing Specialist will cut, arrange, and sew industrial patterns and shapes into finished products using multiple seaming options. Must be able to use industrial sewing machines, including large synchronized sewing tables to manufacture a range of industrial seating products. Must be able to follow patterns and sew continuously with minimal oversight after initial training.

  • Safely operate all equipment and machinery associated with the job requirements.
  • Implement daily production plans and reports to monitor productivity and quality
  • Utilize key metrics to improve quality, reduce costs and ensure that all production work orders are consistently met or exceed standards.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Must have basic competency with industrial sewing machines and cut & sew processes
  • Any sewing skills and experience helpful; heavy material sewing preferred
