Overview
Full Time Position
Thursday, Friday & Saturday
6:45pm - 6:45am
Performs polysomnograms MWTs, MSLTs, HSTs and downloading of equipment. Scores studies. Administers oxygen and nasal continuous positive airway pressure and employs ventilatory assist devices in accordance with established protocols. Recognizes at risk events and notifies appropriate physicians.
Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Education: Graduate of Electroneurodiagnostic technology program, either EEG, Respiratory, or Sleep.
Necessary Skills: Ability to perform accurate and complete Polysomnograms, CPAP and BiPAP, ASV titrations, MSLT, MWT, Oxygen Titration studies in accordance with established policies and procedures and where required, score sleep studies greater than 85% concurrence.
Required Licensure/Certifications:
-RPSGT, RST or CPGST
-BLS from the American Heart Association
Required Experience: 3-5 years experience and demonstrated competency to perform all Polysomnographic studies.
