We are seeking a technically minded Sales Engineer to serve as a trusted advisor to customers in robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of electro-mechanical engineering and relationship-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex commercial and technical issues related to motor spindle applications in robotics and highly automated environments

  • Lead customer negotiations and develop value-based technical solutions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing teams

  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and overcoming technical objections

  • Drive cross-selling initiatives and secure long-term purchasing commitments

  • Present technical data effectively to both engineering and executive-level stakeholders

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative and strategic selling approaches

Qualifications
