JOB TITLE: Home Health RN Supervisor, Northeast Ohio Home Care Network (HCN) is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and accountable RN Supervisor interested in building a long-term employment relationship with our agency, clients, staff, and care team partners, under the guidance of our Northeast Ohio RN Program Administrator. This is a Full-Time, leadership position to manage care throughout our Northeast Ohio region, serving approx. 27 counties, with a central focus in Summit, Stark and Tuscarawas counties. HIGHLIGHTS & REQUIREMENTS:This role requires a mix of Nurse Supervisory services and recertification visits - and travel - as needed to support all clients and staff across Northeast Ohio.This role works closely with and reports directly to our NE OH RN Program Administrator (local) and Director of Clinical & Administrative Operations (statewide).For those pursuing career growth: a defined path for advancement will be supported into roles including: RNCM, Assistant Program Administrator, Program Administrator, Clinical Administrator, Director of Nursing (DON or Asst.
