Job description

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, including long‑acting injectables, lead admissions, discharges, and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team, provide crisis intervention using therapeutic communication and de‑escalation techniques, supervise and collaborate with LPNs and support staff, ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EMR, educate patients and families to support treatment goals.

  • Current RN license; Associate's required, BSN preferred.
  • 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
  • Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • New graduate RNs welcome.
