Warehouse / Logistics Specialist - Las Vegas, NV

Audio Advice is the fastest-growing audio consumer electronics company in the US. Over the past year, our brand has been elevated to a national level where we have emerged as leaders in the online home audio & home theater landscape.

We are seeking an individual to work as part of our Warehouse / Logistics team to help ensure the successful accomplishment of general warehouse duties that include outbound shipping, inventory receiving, processing customer returns, testing returned products for defects and RMA functions.

This role will be cross-trained in other warehouse operations roles and report directly to the Product & Inventory Manager of the Audio Advice Online business unit.

Hours for this position are:

8:30pm-5pm Tuesday – Friday

10am-6pm Saturday



Position Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment

●    Efficiently pick customer orders to ensure that the correct number of units and type of product is picked and prepped appropriately for shipment

●    Ship consumer audio/video products via UPS, FedEx and LTL freight carriers

●    Check all orders for accuracy when picking and before shipping

●    Proactively communicate with customer service on inventory / shipping concerns


Inbound Receiving

●    Accurately perform physical receiving tasks, including verifying deliveries, inspecting packaging, and counting items to ensure inventory is correctly received and stored

●    Follow established processes to log inventory and document any discrepancies between amount and type of product ordered and what is received

●    Proactively communicate with manager regarding inventory / receiving concerns

Inventory Control

●    Accurately count and process inventory by location, unit count, size, barcode and product type during inventory reconciliation and inbound receiving activities

●    Keep warehouse areas clean and organized

●    Assist in any other warehouse activities or special projects as needed

Returns Processing

●    Assist in the customer return process for all online channels, including Amazon, eBay, and AudioAdvice.com

●    Facilitate RMA process with Audio Advice brand partners

●    Document and file claims with shipping carriers for products damaged in transit


 Position Requirements:

 ●    Picking / Packing / Warehouse experience required

●    Ability to work independently, take initiative, and multi-task

●    Strong written and oral communication skills

●    Detail oriented with a passion for high-quality work

●    Ability to follow instructions from GM, supervisor and co-workers

●    Skilled at making critical decisions while following best practices and company procedures

●    Possess good listening skills

●    Ability to demonstrate time management skills to handle workload

●    Ability to fill out required documentation thoroughly and completely

●    Ability to stand, crouch, walk and kneel, as well as the ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly

●    Good computer and keyboarding skills, as well as experience using iOS operating systems, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel

●    Pass drug screening and background check

●    Familiarity with facility-specific safety protocols and operational procedures for warehouse equipment and forklifts
