• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gain insight into the therapeutic needs of each client.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to promote personal growth and well-being.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, based on client needs.
• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring and documenting progress.
• Offer teletherapy options to facilitate access for clients facing logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in line with ethical guidelines and best practices.
• Engage in regular professional development to stay current with emerging trends and advancements in mental health care.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and maintaining a non-judgmental attitude in all interactions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a flexible and varying caseload.

Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a private practice or clinic setting, with a proven track record of successful therapeutic outcomes. Experience with teletherapy platforms and online documentation systems is a plus, as is familiarity with community resources for client referrals and support.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on caseload and experience.
