Nursing takes many paths, and yours has led you somewhere unique: caring for patients navigating both physical and mental health needs in the place they feel most comfortable, their own home. At Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City, we know behavioral health nursing takes a different kind of skill set, and we built this role for someone who already has it.
What you'll earn

  • $40 per visit (full time) or $35 per visit (part time)
  • $100 Start of Care, $75 Resumption of Care, $60 Recertification
  • Weekly pay every Friday

What you'll do
  • Provide skilled home-based nursing care to patients managing behavioral health conditions alongside their physical health needs
  • Complete assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team and physician
  • Educate patients and families on medication management, safety planning, and coping strategies
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and case managers to support the whole person
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to behavioral health crises in the home setting
What we're looking for
  • Active RN license in Oklahoma
  • Previous behavioral health nursing experience required
  • Home health experience preferred
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and genuine compassion for patients facing complex needs
