Physical Therapist - PACE Program
Compensation
Salary Range: $105,000 - $112,000 per year
Location: Fresno, CA

Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program, you will support older adult participants by delivering individualized and group therapy services designed to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to assess needs, implement treatment plans, and ensure participants receive comprehensive, coordinated care in a supportive clinical environment.

  • Evaluate participants' physical condition and functional abilities to develop personalized care plans
  • Develop and implement individualized and group therapeutic exercise programs
