What you’ll do
  • Shape how R1 tells its product story in market, turning complex PhareOS capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with healthcare buyers

  • Define and lead our demo strategy, designing demo experiences that align to buyer personas, real use cases, and evolving product capabilities in partnership with Product

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure demos and messaging reflect what the platform does today and where it’s going next

  • Support high-priority deals by tailoring demos, pitch materials, and narratives for strategic opportunities and executive audiences

  • Build and scale enablement programs that keep Commercial teams fluent in product, positioning, and messaging as the platform evolves

  • Own the quality and consistency of all commercial materials (demos, decks, and assets), ensuring polish, accuracy, and alignment across teams

  • Proven success operating cross-functionally and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Delivery, and Marketing

  • Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing immediate deal support with building scalable, repeatable enablement processes
