What You'll Do:
  • Help diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems alongside an experienced lead technician.
  • Shadow lead technicians to learn how to educate customers on their systems, set clear expectations, and provide top-tier service.
  • Learn how to identify system enhancements, provide accurate options, and contribute to company growth benchmarks.
  • Understand how to explain the value of high-efficiency equipment to clients so they can make informed choices.
  • Assist with basic startups and routine maintenance for residential HVAC equipment.
  • Maintain open communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
  • Shadow coordination efforts with other service trades, contractors, and vendors as needed.
  • Keep the company truck clean, organized, and properly stocked with parts and materials.
  • Participate in morning meetings, trade shows, training programs, and retreats

What You Bring:
  • 0-2 years of residential HVAC experience (trade school graduates or field helpers welcome).
  • EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification is preferred.
  • Ownership of standard personal hand tools (specialty gauges/meters will be taught/provided).
  • A valid driver's license, a clean background/drug screen, and the desire to be better tomorrow than you are today

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Ability to frequently climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and stand or kneel for long periods.
  • Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Capacity to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs independently and heavier equipment with assistance.
