$3,000 Completion Bonus Travel**Minimum of two years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in a home health **Minimum of one year using HCHB/Pointcare EMR

Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8-5
Pay rate increases with level of experience and is discussed during the offer process. Posted rates are minimums.
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience in the last 12 months.
- Must have 1 year of recent Homecare Homebase (Point Care) experience in the last 12 months.
- Current American Heart Association BLS
