Job description

Join a new kind of team and service that helps families and partners address the challenges of complex health conditions. The group is hiring Geriatric Nurse Practitioners for its Sebring, Ohio, site.

About this Opportunity

  • Monday-Friday with 8 working daylight hours
  • On-call schedule (not every week)
  • Current, unrestricted Ohio NP license
  • See 18 to 24 patients per day
  • Ability to obtain DEA licensure/Prescriptive Authority
  • Work in a nursing home/skilled nursing setting

Compensation and Benefits Offered

  • The average provider is making in the $140K range with the new pay structure
