This position is based onsite within a rehabilitation center in Greenwich, CT, where our team collaborates closely to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. The rehabilitation center is equipped with modern facilities and tools designed to facilitate effective therapy practices. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses in a home care setting to assess their physical capabilities and mobility limitations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic strategies and tools, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to the individual's unique needs and goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking treatments and outcomes in accordance with best practices and compliance regulations.
• Regularly reassess and modify treatment approaches based on patients' progress and feedback to ensure ongoing improvement and adaptation.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and exercises, empowering them to participate actively in their recovery.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements through participation in workshops, professional societies, and continuous education opportunities.

Our Physical Therapists cater to a diverse population, including children and adults with various physical challenges due to injury, disease, or surgical recovery. Working closely with patients of all ages, our therapists ensure that each individual receives personalized care that focuses on restoring lost function and improving overall well-being. This patient-centered approach is crucial to achieving successful rehabilitation outcomes.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification.
• Current State License for Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interactions with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in utilizing relevant technology, including electronic health records (EHR), to streamline documentation and care coordination.
• Ability to adapt workouts and therapeutic plans dynamically based on each patient’s progress and feedback.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in physical therapy is required. While extensive prior experience is favorable, we welcome committed new graduates who are eager to learn and grow within our practice, as mentorship opportunities will be provided to foster their development.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
