This position is based onsite in our outpatient office setting located in Fords, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, tailoring treatment strategies accordingly.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of techniques such as therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement and achievement of therapeutic goals.
• Equip patients with appropriate assistive devices and educate them, their families, and caregivers on their use, promoting independence in daily activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional education to enhance technical skills and knowledge, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Expedient Home Physical Therapy, you will work with a varied clientele, including children and adults dealing with a wide spectrum of conditions, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

• A flexible and agile work ethic, able to adapt to various patient needs and therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
