OEM Paint Mixing Technician (2nd Shift)
Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (8 hr shift plus 30 min lunch)

We're looking for a detail-oriented OEM Paint Mixing Technician to join our second-shift team. In this role, you'll accurately mix and package automotive paint and powders while maintaining the equipment and quality standards that help our customers achieve professional results.

What You'll Do
As an OEM Paint Mixing Technician, you will:
  • Accurately mix OEM automotive paints using computerized mixing systems and manual hand-pour techniques
  • Fill paint components according to established formulas and quality standards
  • Measure, weigh, and dispense toners and additives with precision
  • Prepare custom paint orders while ensuring color accuracy and consistency
  • Operate, clean, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on paint mixing equipment
  • Verify formulas, labels, batch information, and documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures for handling paints and chemicals
  • Monitor inventory levels of toners and mixing supplies and communicate replenishment needs
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to increase quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
