• Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: You will perform detailed assessments by reviewing patients' medical history, conducting physical evaluations, and documenting your findings to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with patients and their families to explain evaluation results and incorporate their input into setting realistic and achievable goals for recovery.
• Implement Treatment Protocols: Demonstrate clinical proficiency in applying evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation progression.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Engage with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, documenting any necessary changes in the plan of care.
• Document Patient Care: Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive documentation of patient encounters, including evaluations, treatment logs, and discharge summaries, to track progress and support continuity of care.

• Participate in Professional Development: Seek opportunities for continuing education and serve as a mentor or clinical instructor for students in physical therapy programs.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse range of patients, from individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injury-related rehabilitation to those managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will utilize your expertise to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve the overall quality of life for each patient you serve.

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and families are essential.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

• Experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting is advantageous, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and rehabilitation documentation standards.
