Many of the families we support first connect during pregnancy or early postpartum and transition into long-term nanny partnerships as their needs evolve.We prioritize thoughtful introductions, discretion, and stable placements in high-trust household environments.Nannies placed through Matron of Familyhood are employed directly by the hiring family as W-2 household employees. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the family.Work AuthorizationCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
