Manufacturing Technical Specialist – Expert
Santa Rosa, CA
$28–$31/hour (DOE)
Full-Time / Contract

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technical Specialist – Expert to join a dynamic production environment in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and enjoys working closely with Engineering teams to support and improve manufacturing processes.
You will play a critical role in bridging Engineering and Production—ensuring processes are executed efficiently, issues are resolved quickly, and continuous improvement remains a priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with cross-functional Engineering teams to provide ongoing production support
  • Implement and execute manufacturing processes developed by Engineering
  • Provide constructive, collaborative feedback to improve processes and outcomes
  • Lead communication efforts and deliver updates on daily production activities
  • Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, and ongoing project meetings
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and drive timely resolution of technical issues
Basic Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience working with Engineering teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven success collaborating across the full manufacturing lifecycle
  • Higher education or specialized technical training (Electronics Certificate or equivalent required)
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of test and measurement equipment, including operation, troubleshooting, and remote control
  • Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits and related theory
  • Familiarity with the product lifecycle from development through production
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead updates and discussions
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth
