A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing

** Technical **Specialist to

support production and engineering teams by executing processes, troubleshooting test equipment, and contributing to product development and manufacturing operations.

Manufacturing Technical Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support by interfacing with cross-functional engineering teams, executing engineering-developed processes, and supporting manufacturing activities across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on new projects, product transfers, and product meetings, contributing feedback to improve processes and ensure the successful implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and remotely control test and measurement equipment, applying technical knowledge to maintain performance and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support hands-on assembly activities and manufacturing processes while applying knowledge of analog and digital circuits, RF, and microwave technologies.
  • Lead communication of daily activities, providing updates to the team and ensuring alignment across engineering and production stakeholders.

Manufacturing Technical Specialist Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Higher education or specialized technical training (e.g., Electronics Certificate or equivalent).
  • Extensive knowledge of the operation and troubleshooting of test and measurement equipment.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits and theory.
  • Experience with RF and microwave technologies.
  • Hands-on assembly experience.
  • Understanding of the product lifecycle.
