Work Environment

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work entirely via telehealth platforms, providing flexibility and a comfortable work setting. Our telehealth facility is equipped with industry-leading tools to help you engage with clients effectively. You will be joining a collaborative team that values open communication and continuous improvement, allowing you to feel supported in your role and focused on what truly matters—helping your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments aimed at understanding the unique needs of new patients and their families.
  • Deliver individual and family therapy tailored to identified needs, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering strictly to specified timelines.
  • Develop crisis intervention plans, safety plans when needed, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to foster stable functioning for clients.
  • Formulate comprehensive discharge plans to ensure continuity of care post-therapy.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory standards, and Kinetic policies and procedures.
  • Participate actively in ongoing professional development through training sessions and continuing education opportunities.
  • Engage in case consultations and team meetings to discuss clinical strategies, share insights, and support one another in delivering exceptional care.
  • Stay current with licensure requirements and complete all mandated training.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Emphasizing a strength-based approach, you will empower clients to harness their inner resources and work collaboratively towards improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field that leads to licensure.
  • Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Oregon.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth service delivery or a willingness to engage in teletherapy modalities.
  • Demonstrable understanding of culturally competent care practices.
  • Previous work in community mental health, schools, or similar environments is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

Kinetic Mental and Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with licensure and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
