Kesma Flame Lily is seeking a Confident, Optimistic, and Dependable Mental Health Practitioner.
Kesma Flame Lily LLC is a team of mental health professionals that specialize in Trauma Informed and Multicultural Mental Health evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. About the Role:
We're seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to support our growing organization. A Mental Health Practitioner is responsible for providing treatment programs and support to patients in the comfort of their own home. The right candidate will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, using their knowledge of psychiatry to assess patients and create individualized treatment programs and support plans. A successful Mental Health Practitioner will be detail oriented and able to work independently, using organizational skills to manage their schedule and prioritize tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.
  • Educate clients and families on mental health issues and coping strategies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
Requirements:.
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to client-centered care.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
