HOME–ARP Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program
This role ensures that units selected for TBRA meet HUD/ HPD Housing Quality Standards, enabling families transitioning from Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV) to secure safe, compliant housing quickly and without subsidy interruption.
