About the Role

The Envelope Machine Adjuster works on 527, 627, & Ra envelope folding machines. You'll set up and operate a variety of envelope folding machines to meet customer specifications while maintaining high-quality standards. In addition to adjusting and operating your own machine, you'll also step in to assist other adjusters as needed to keep production moving efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set up and adjust folding machines to meet customer specifications.
  • Maintain quality standards for folding, printing, and gumming.
  • Troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and keep accurate maintenance records.
  • Work closely with operators and adjusters to ensure production goals are met.
  • Keep machines clean, safe, and running smoothly.
  • Support team members and communicate effectively across shifts.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 1 - 2 years experience as an Envelope Adjuster
  • Ability to read a ruler and use basic math skills
  • Mechanical experience (machine adjusting or mechanics preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. and work at heights up to 15 ft.
