Job Title : Home Health RN Location: Greenville AL 36037 Coverage Area: Butler, Lowndes, Crenshaw, Covington Shift : 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (On call 7 DAYS a week a month.) Contact- Ashley Kruger Call/Text- 586-710-7947 Email- akruger@alinestaffing.com Home Care Registered Nurse(RN) Responsibilities Butler, Lowndes, Crenshaw, Covington 30 units per week/ 4–6 patients/day/ 20–25 patients a week Conducts comprehensive assessments of patient health and living conditions to develop personalized care plans and update them based on patient needs and progress. Administers medications, wound care, injections, and other skilled nursing services following physician orders, maintaining strict adherence to safety and infection control standards.

Monitors patient conditions and vital signs, identifies signs of potential complications, and collaborates with primary care providers to adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educates patients and families on managing health conditions, post-treatment care, and medication regimens, empowering them to take an active role in recovery and ongoing health maintenance.
