Prime Response Inc. (PRI) is seeking a full-time Forklift and Mail Delivery Specialist to provide forklift and mail delivery services within a government facility in Northeast Philadelphia, PA. Primary processes include receiving and processing incoming mail, sorting and preparing mail for delivery, performing mail runs throughout facility to deliver and pickup mail, processing outgoing mail by assigning applicable postage using mail meter system, and scan accountable mail and express delivery packages into package tracking and delivery management application.

Job Type and Work Schedule:
Full-Time, M-F, 8 am-4:30 pm, 30 minute unpaid lunch
Specific Duties:
• Receive incoming mail from USPS and sorting by address or office
• Receive incoming packages from express vendors
• Safe and efficient operation of a forklift when required
• Safe and efficient operation of van and/or box truck as needed
• Capture bar-code information for accountable mail and packages into tracking system
• Performs daily delivery and pickup rounds based on established schedule
• Obtain electronic signatures of scanned mail/packages and perform daily reconciliation to ensure all items scanned are accounted for either by signature or physical count
• Update daily and weekly workload data collection sheets with requested metrics
• Process out-going mail using government provided automated mail metering machine, selecting the most cost-effective method while ensuring delivery
• Complies USPS mail policies and procedures
• Maintains mail room in an orderly and safe manner
• Provides customer service on mail services
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
Active SECRET Clearance is required
• High energy, customer focused and attention to detail
• Clearly communicate both verbally and written
• Professional interaction with customers and team members
• Verifiable experience with mail services and forklift operations
