Position Details:
This is a part-time position with instructional hours available on weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, or a combination, depending on applicant availability and program needs.Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, organize, and deliver contextualized learning instruction for GED students.
  • Use varied methods of instruction to deliver materials and instruct adult students.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience with teaching or instruction preferred.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to gather and collect data for reporting.
  • Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience teaching a diverse population of adult learners in a multi-level setting.

Some Part-Time and Adjunct positions may be offsite but the candidate MUST live in the State of Texas.
