Our company is on the cutting edge of "smart" home automation/audio-visual services. Through the intersection of entertainment and the latest technology we create packages for private residences, businesses, community organizations and other entities wishing to bring the future of smart technology and automation to their home or office.

Our products include DIRECTV (as a Premiere Partner), internet+phone bundles, and home security/surveillance that can be integrated across any type of device, conveniently and remotely.

Job Description

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
Part-time 15-20 hours per week, work from home. Phone will be provided. Part-time, $300/week + commission.ย 
Weekends are yours to spend time with family and friends!ย 



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESย 


  • Guide customers through their order and process them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
  • Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Help customers navigate their accounts.
  • Provide knowledgeable & answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet our customers' needs.
  • Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
  • Submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items.
Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degreeย preferred.
  • Bilingual a plus but not requiredย 
  • 2+ year customer service experienceย preferred.
