At Completely Connected, we design and install fully integrated smart home and audio/video systems—from luxury home theaters to whole-home automation. We are a fast-growing, family-owned company looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in the residential technology industry.
Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure home automation systems, including Control4, lighting, HVAC, and security systems
  • Perform low voltage wiring, pre-wiring, and terminations
  • Install TVs, speakers, surveillance systems, motorized shades, and networking equipment
  • Set up and troubleshoot home networks and Wi-Fi systems
  • Program and integrate smart home systems for seamless performance
  • Read and execute work based on plans, schematics, and project scopes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
  • Provide excellent customer service and client communication
Qualifications

Required:
  • Experience in low voltage, A/V, or home automation installation
  • Basic to strong understanding of networking (IP, routers, Wi-Fi)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
  • Experience with Control4, Josh AI, Elan, or similar systems
  • Advanced knowledge of audio/video systems
  • Basic construction knowledge (drilling, cable routing, framing awareness)
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
