Job description

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More is seeking an energetic Retail Consultant to join our dynamic and creative team in Waco. Graphic design experience is preferred; however, not required.

A little bit about our company. Big Frog is a 100% fully custom T-Shirt store. We bring each and every customer's idea to life by working with their vision to create a one-of-a-kind print to all types of apparel, accessories, and various promotional items - and we do this while having fun!

We are a small, veteran/family owned business that opened in October of 2018, so anyone coming aboard will have direct input to the future direction of our store and the business/marketing plans we implement going forward.

Big Frog offers No Minimum Orders, No Artwork or Set-up Fees, and a Guaranteed 24-hour Turnaround on all in-stock merchandise. Big Frog provides the traditional screen printing and embroidery services; however, our focus is our innovative Direct To Garment (DTG) printing process, where we embed an eco-friendly dye directly into the fibers of the fabric, so the decoration will never rip, crack, or peel. Our DTG printing process has revolutionized the garment decorating business!

A little bit about the position and ideal candidate we are seeking to join our team.

  • Manage and monitor daily retail operations per system procedures
  • Maintain a clean and neat retail environment
  • Managing customer transactions including: generating quotations and invoices, generating artwork, printing production, and on-time order fulfillment
  • Manage customer correspondence such as phone, email, and in store interaction
  • Stock room maintenance
  • Shipping and receiving

Everyone on our staff is a multi-functional retail consultant that works directly with customers in the store, or inquire as it pertains to decoration capabilities and quotes over the phone or email. Basic computer skills are a requirement with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable being the face of our business and working directly with customers on their designs. Being able to work on designs with the customer standing beside them and providing guidance on their vision throughout the design process is a must. Multi-tasking is common practice at Big Frog, as multiple customers come in requiring assistance, while understanding the products we offer to assist in customer selection. We all pitch in on production through the various decoration techniques we offer.

We offer the best corporate culture and working environment in the industry with competitive pay, PTO and paid holidays. Big Frog of Waco utilizes the CorelDraw software suite. Working knowledge of graphic design software is not a requirement; however, experience in CorelDraw or Adobe is highly desired.

If your personality loves interacting with others and you have the desire to ensure the customer's experience is nothing short of the best, we would love to hear from you!
