Designed by legendary golf course architect Tom Fazio, the parkland-style, 18-hole championship public golf course at The Frog Golf Club opened in 1998 to high acclaim. The Frog, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is recognized among the top courses in Georgia and is located just 40 miles from downtown Atlanta off I-20 in Villa Rica. The course is complete with bentgrass greens and expansive bunkering and has also attained status as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.

The Frog Golf Club is hiring for a Social Media Manager. The club’s social media manager is responsible for all social media, facility app, and website posts and engagement. This role will capture and process all content for the facility in every department. They can also help grow our digital brand to expand to future collaborations and larger scale content and events.

 This position's primary responsibilities include:

  • Meets or exceeds the BJL recommendation for three or more Instagram/Facebook posts for the facility.
  • Assists in designing promotional flyers for any facility, F&B, or golf events and announcements.
  • Is able to interact with members and guests through the facility app in Gallus Golf. Will also have the ability to evolve and add to the design and content of the app.
  • Is on property and present for any designated facility events in order to capture content to promote both the club and the organization/event the facility is hosting.
  • Will constantly innovate and help to grow our followers on all platforms and increase engagement with member and guests both locally and not.
  • Can keep up-to-date with all current digital media trends to continue to grow our content both with golf and beyond.

Required Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to execute high level content consistent with a theme that is in line with the facility image.
  • Working knowledge of Canva to utilize the club and company’s brand folders and templates.
  • Ability to learn new programs such as Gallus Golf & Metolius Golf and become familiar with them to utilize them to Leadership’s expectations.
  • Communication and effective scheduling with facility staff to ensure content is collected in a timely manner in relation to goals and schedules.
  • Familiar with Survey Monkey in order to craft and distribute custom surveys as needed for consistent feedback.
