Job Description
Here at Perry Frito-Lay, we have installed many major corporate projects, Plant projects and provided maintenance support for 13 years. As a team member you will be required to pass a chemical screening, attend and comprehend a site-specific safety orientation. The job is scheduled for 6 -10 hour days, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. This base schedule can change from 4-10s to 7-12s depending on workload and completion schedules. Per Diem provided based on eligibility.

Job Requirements
You will be required to follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) when working. All PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, hair nets and beard nets will be provided by Fluor.
You will be required to have all the tools necessary to perform electrical work at a journeyman level, such as hand tools and a multi-meter. You must also be able to safely operate personnel lifts and power tools. Power Tools will be provided by Fluor
CANDIDATES
  • Must be able to work safely and recognize potential hazards
  • Will install complete conduit, wireway and cable tray systems
  • Will pull cable and wire
  • Terminate disconnects and motors, MCCs, PLCs and field devices
  • Must be able to follow installation instructions and install systems accordingly.
  • Must be able to work at heights comfortably
  • May be assigned to equipment demolition and relocation projects. The ability to remove electrical wiring from machinery and rewire in a different location is a plus.
  • Will keep work area clean, uncluttered and safe (CLEAN AS YOU GO)
  • May be asked to unload and stock materials using safe lifting procedures
  • Must be a team member working towards a common completion goal
