This fellowship is uniquely designed to provide broad, hands-on exposure across a diverse set of enterprise functions, including Finance, Marketing & Communications, Government & Community Relations, Legal, Managed Care, Population Health, and Strategy & Business Development.

The role offers meaningful experience in strategic planning, financial and market analysis, partnership development, and executive-level decision support, with work tailored to both organizational needs and the fellow's individual interests. Representative areas of work include: Market & Financial Analysis: Supporting service line and growth strategies in collaboration with Strategy and Finance teams

Strategic Planning: Developing executive- and Board-level materials to inform enterprise priorities and decision-making. Growth & Partnerships: Evaluating expansion opportunities and supporting collaborations with external organizations alongside Legal and Managed Care. Cross-Functional Initiatives: Partnering with Marketing & Communications, Government & Community Relations, and Population Health on enterprise-wide priorities and community-focused efforts.

Executive Communications: Contributing to materials for senior leadership and key external stakeholders. Beyond project work, fellows have opportunities to engage directly with executive and administrative leaders through networking, shadowing, and site visits, gaining insight into the coordination required to lead an integrated health system. This fellowship is ideal for individuals seeking to develop a strong foundation in healthcare leadership through enterprise strategy and cross-functional collaboration, while making meaningful contributions to high-impact initiatives across UC Health.

Qualifications Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree. | Minimum Required: Scheduled to certify, license or graduate within 12 months.
